SOLAR PANELS
All our solar panels are sourced from Adani Solar. We have a partnership with Adani to deliver quality solar panels that deliver consistent performance for years.
Adani Solar is the Solar PV manufacturing and EPC arm of Adani Group, a diversified organization in India with a combined market cap of $100 Bn comprising 6 publicly traded companies. It has created world class transport and utility infrastructure portfolios with a pan-India presence.
Adani Solar is India’s first and largest vertically integrated solar company that offer products along with services across the spectrum of photovoltaics manufacturing. The cutting-edge technology, with machines and equipments sourced from the best in class suppliers, aim to help in cost leadership, scale of operations and reliability standards as per global benchmarks. Adani Solar is now expanding to 3.5 GW of annual production capacity, making it in top 15 global solar manufacturers.
Monocrystalline Solar Panels
While there are automated systems available to do the job, there are many out there who, for a variety of reasons, prefer manual solar panel cleaning. The cleaning of solar panels is a job that must be done right. For those who have chosen not to install any of the solar panel cleaning systems available to them, here are some things we would like our residential and commercial customers to remember when doing the job themselves. Be Careful. Exercise extreme caution and care when going up on your roof and cleaning solar panels. This may seem like an obvious point, but it is perhaps the most important one we can make. Remove all debris from your panels. This includes sticks, leaves or any other type of debris that has the potential to cause a malfunction in your panels. Check panels for exposed wires or cracks prior to washing. If you find any, make certain they are fixed before you wash. Use soft water if possible. Hard water can leave permanent calcium deposits on your panels, which can reduce their efficiency. Choose the right cleaning solution. Some cleaning solutions can actually cause damage to solar panels. Scrub gently. Be gentle while removing dirt from your solar panels. Be gentle while drying. Scrubbing or drying in too hard of a manner can cause scratches on panels.
Polycrystalline Solar Panels
PolyCrystalline or MultiCrystalline solar panels are solar panels that consist of several crystals of silicon in a single PV cell. Several fragments of silicon are melted together to form the wafers of polycrystalline solar panels. In the case of polycrystalline solar panels, the vat of molten silicon used to produce the cells is allowed to cool on the panel itself. These solar panels have a surface that looks like a mosaic. These solar panels are square in shape and they have a shining blue hue as they are made up of several crystals of silicon. As there are multiple silicon crystals in each cell, so polycrystalline solar panels allow little movement of electrons inside the cells. These solar panels absorb energy from the sun and convert it into electricity.
Thin-Film Solar Panels
WITH INCREASING ENERGY demand and environmental concerns, solar energy is one of the most interesting sources for renewable energy. Several solar cell technologies, including wafer, thin film and organic, have been investigated to meet high efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Wafer-based silicon solar cells make up to 90 % of the world's photovoltaic (PV) markets, as they are the most efficient solar cells available. However, thin film solar cells would be preferred over more conventional wafer-based devices due to reduced active material use which makes them more cost-effective.
